          目前,主流的伺服驅動器均采用數字信號處理器)作為控制核心,可以實現比較復雜的控制算法,實現數字化、網絡化和智能化。功率器件普遍采用以智能功率模塊(IPM)為核心設計的驅,IPM內部集成了驅動電路,同時具有過電壓、過過熱、欠壓等故障檢,在主回路中還加入軟啟動電路,以減小啟動過程對驅動器的沖擊。

          功率驅動單元首先通過三相全橋整流電路對輸入的或者市電進行整流,得到相應的直流電。經過整流好的三相電或市電,再通過三相正弦PWM電壓變頻來驅動三相永磁式同步交流伺服電機。功率驅動單元的整個過程可以簡單的說就是AC-DC-AC的過程。整流單元(AC-DC)主要的拓撲電路是三相全橋不控整流電路。

           

          隨著伺服系統的大規模應用,伺服驅動器使用、伺服驅動器調試、伺服驅動器維修都是伺服驅動器在當今比較重要的技術課題,越來越多工控技術服務商對伺服驅動器進行了技術深層次研究。

          伺服驅動器的工作原理

          伺服驅動器是現代運動控制的重要組成部分,被廣泛應用于工業機器人及數控加工中心等自動化設備中。尤其是應用于控制交流永磁同步電機的伺服驅動器已經成為國內外研究熱點。當前交流伺服驅動器設計中普遍采用基于矢量控制的電流、速度、位置3閉環控制算法。該算法中速度閉環設計合理與否,對于整個伺服控制系統,特別是速度控制性能的發揮起到關鍵作用。

          配的伺服電機的驅動器工作原理是怎么樣的?

          伺服驅動器(servo drives)又稱為“伺服控制器"、“伺",是用來控制伺服電機的一種控制器,其作用類似于作用于普通交,屬于伺服系統的一部分,主要應用于高精度的定位系統。一般是通過位置、速度和力矩三種方式對伺服馬達進行控制,實現高精度的傳動系統定位,目前是傳動技術的產品。

          伺服驅動器的工作原理

          首先功率驅動單元通過三相全橋整流電路對輸入的三相電或者市電進行整流,得到相應的直流電。經過整流好的三相電或市電,再通過三相正弦PWM電壓型逆變器變頻來驅動交流伺服電機。功率驅動單元的整個過程可以簡單的說就是AC-DC-AC的過程,整流單元(AC-DC)主要的拓撲電路是三相全橋不控整流電路。

          般PLC的輸出具有一定的驅動能力,而通常的直流輸出接口的負載能力僅為十幾—幾十伏特、幾十—幾百毫安;但對于功率步進電機則要求幾十—上百伏特、幾安—十幾安的驅動能力,因此應該采用驅動器對輸出脈沖進行放大。?

          伺服機構的步進電機無脈沖輸入時便停止運轉,伺服執行機構定位。當伺服執行機構的位移速度要求較高時,可以用PLC中的高速脈沖發生器。不同的PLC其高速脈沖的頻率可達4000—6000Hz。對于自動線上的一般伺服機構,其速度可以得到充分滿足。

          如伺服機構采用硬件環行分配器,則占用PLC的I/O口點數少于5點,一般僅為3點。其中I口占用一點,作為啟動控制信號;O口占用2點,一點作為PLC的脈沖輸出接口,接至伺服系統硬環的脈沖輸入端,另一點作為山社步進電機轉向控制信號,接至硬環的相序分配控制端。

          伺服系統采用軟件環行分配器時,將PLC控制的開環伺服機構用于某大型生產線的數控滑臺,每個滑臺僅占用4個I/O接口,節省了控制系統,其脈沖當量為0.01~0.05mm,進給速度為Vf=3~15m/n,*工藝要求和加工精度要求

          步與伺服電機驅動器的區別在于:

          1.轉速要求不同:步進適合低轉速場合,轉速調整范圍較小的場合。伺服電機可控轉速較大的場合。

          2.可控可靠性不同:因為伺服電機有反饋信號,因此在控制系統里里,可以實現高可靠性控制。

          3.輸出轉矩要求不同:目前國外和國內,步進電機最大系列為130框。最大輸出靜轉矩為50牛/米。伺服電機可以有180框以上,60牛/米以上的輸出轉矩可選。


          的控制系統由可編程控制器、環行脈沖分配器和步進電機功率驅動器組成,控制系統中用來產生控制脈沖;通過plc編程輸出一定數量的方波脈沖,控制山社步進電機的轉角進而控制伺服機構的進給量;同時通過編程控制脈沖頻率就是伺服機構的進給速度,環行脈沖分配器將可編程控制器輸出的控制脈沖按步進電機的通電順序分配到相應的繞組。

          的步進電機可以采用軟件環行分配器,也可以采用硬件環行分配器。采用軟環占用的PLC資源較多,特別是步進電機繞組相數M》4時,對于大型生產線應該予以充分考慮。采用硬件環行分配器,雖然硬件結構稍微復雜些,但可以節省占用PLC的點數。
